Our Maintenance Contract includes planned maintenance visits and 24 hour telephone support. If we are called out or need to replace any parts this is chargeable separately. .

If your system was not installed by us, you can still enjoy the benefits and peace of mind of our engineering support. On our first visit will ensure that the system meets the required standards, should any upgrade or parts be malfunctioning the Engineer will give you the cost of repair and get your agreement BEFORE he proceeds further.
